Microsoft Power Bi Desktop isn't supported anymore on Windows 7. Official support ended at the end of January 2021 and the latest version 2.91.701.0 doesn't work on Windows 7 devices.
We have added automatic requirement rules for Power Bi Desktop requiring Windows 8.1 or newer, but you might want to remove current Power Bi Desktop installations from Windows 7 devices.
