You can grant permissions for your organization users to manage your customers. You can only grant permissions to manage a customer you also have permissions to.
- Login to Centero Portal and make sure you have selected your organization from top right drop down menu
- Go to Administration -> Users
- Select a user and choose the customer from Roles for customer drop down menu
- Select permission level
Permissions levels:
- Admin
- Can manage users and all settings related to CSM
- User Manager
- Can manage users
- Software Manager
- Can manage all settings related to CSM service, selected applications, deployment processes etc.
