The Provider’s Customers can, without an additional fee, use an inventory feature. The feature requires the installation of the CSM Cloud Client software onto the devices the Customer wishes to include in the inventory feature’s domain.
With the Inventory feature, the Customer can view their device data in the Service’s Management Portal. In addition, you can create dynamic visualizations based on the Inventory data in the Management Portal.
As a default, the Inventory is run once a day. You can configure the interval in the Management Portal on a minute scale.
